Lisa is a customer service queen. She brings 15 years’ people management, credit control, accounting, and advertising expertise to PCCS.
“I take a personal approach to helping our clients. We answer their calls to get a deep understanding of their business, before we put our operators on the job,” Lisa says.
It’s an approach clients appreciate.
Outside the office, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and kittens. She also seeks serenity and takes long drives to unwind.
“I really like writing, scrapbooking, cooking and charity work. Some of these things annoy my husband, but I do them anyway!”
